Who did you reach out to first?

ARBO: My team members of Data Quality, to check with them and coordinate and assign their work of the day on daily basis.

GERT: Monica, who first entered the office, after me.

KIMI: Almost 200 shops

What piece of advice would you give to an evaluator?

LUCY: Always do a quick review of your report before submission.

NATASHA: When filling out comments in a questionnaire, think about it from a client’s point of view and be sure to include things that you would want to know if you were the client. This includes giving details about any questions answered negatively, or any occurrence that was out of the ordinary.

GERT: Master the language in which you have to write your comments well, and always make sure to read the instructions carefully. Other than that, have fun! 🙂

What’s ONE small initiative or change a company can do to elevate their customers’ experience?

NATASHA: Reward employees publicly for good feedback they receive. It positively reinforces their behavior and encourages others to follow suit. Happy employees will almost always result in happy customers.

ARBO: I enjoy the most is that the exposure to the consumer experience and the brand’s retail standard. That’s a close look at the exchange between a customer and a staff member in different industries, which might be more valuable than reading case studies and reports.

NATASHA: The abundance of opportunity and growth. The company has always encouraged people to learn and grow in whichever way they would like, whether it be within their own role, in their team, across departments, and even occasionally across offices.

What do you enjoy in your free time?

LUCY: Reading and writing poetry, stand-up comedy, rock music, history documentaries, and endless reruns of ‘The Godfather.’

ARBO: Watching classic old films or animation, reading books mostly are novels.

NATASHA: Reading, sketching, baking, and most recently I’ve started journaling.

GERT: Travelling, listening to music, going out with friends, organizing poetry events, performing myself.

Describe a moment or memory that stands out for you during your time at BARE.

LUCY: The Christmas celebrations and Secret Santa – the weeklong saga of giving and receiving gifts – is what always stands out. It is such a lovely time around the office!

ARBO: Working with the resource team and Key Account Manager to deliver good quality reports to the client without any delay.

GERT: The BARE events we organized in the past, and any time I came over to Budapest to see my Hungarian colleagues and just have fun together.
